  1. Check your Outlook is at least Office 2007 SP2
  2. Check Expiry of your hosting subscription
  3. Check Expiry of  your domain subscription – http://centralops.net/co/DomainDossier.aspx
  4. Check for Windows Updates and Office Updates
  5. Try webmail to access your email – https://login.microsoftonline.com
  6. To test Connectivity – https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
  7. Try to Disable Antivirus Software
